Thank you for choosing our personalized products! Every item is custom-made specifically for you. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Orders
All personalized products are made to order using the information, text, photos, and customization options you provide.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that all personalization details have been carefully reviewed and approved.
Your order will be produced exactly as submitted.
Photo Quality
To achieve the best possible print quality, please upload clear, high-resolution images.
We recommend using:
- Sharp, high-quality photos.
- Well-lit images with good focus.
- Original images whenever possible.
- Photos that are not blurry, pixelated, heavily compressed, or screenshots.
Please note that the final print quality depends on the quality of the image you upload. We cannot enhance low-resolution or poor-quality images and are not responsible for print results caused by customer-provided photos.
Customer Responsibility
Before placing your order, please verify:
- Names and spelling.
- Dates.
- Uploaded photos.
- Design selections.
- Shipping address.
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, inaccurate information, or any other errors submitted by the customer.
Production Time
Each personalized item is individually made after your order is placed.
Production typically takes up to 5 business days before shipping.
Shipping transit time begins only after production has been completed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because personalized products enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be accepted if production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Because every personalized product is made specifically for you, all customized items are considered Final Sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Customer spelling or typing errors.
- Incorrect dates or personalization details provided by the customer.
- Low-quality or low-resolution images submitted by the customer.
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Color Variations
Colors displayed on screens may vary slightly from the final printed product due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process. Minor color variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.
